Things I do
I'm passionate about collaborating with interesting people and ideas, getting new projects off the ground, and helping community projects thrive. I've spent over a decade in senior roles across the Scottish charity and arts sectors, specialising in community development, strategic planning, project management and grant making. Now freelance, I'm especially interested in projects that help people actively shape the places that they live, and in overcoming the barriers that prevent more voices being heard in society.
I combine a freelance portfolio with work in strategic advocacy (as part time Co-Director of Culture Counts), and in theory and research (having recently completed an MSc in Social Anthropology at Edinburgh University, specialising in arts and social change).

I'm always keen for a coffee and a chat - do get in touch if we have interests in common.
